This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20397 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
