2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents failed to disclose material facts relating to the prosecution of proceedings before the jurisdictional Court in Salem and regarding the considerable delay in re-presentation of this petition. These contentions are refuted by the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. On examining the order dated 21.12.2021, in paragraph 4 thereof, it is expressly recorded that the order is subject to any objections by the respondents therein upon being put on notice. Therefore, it is clear that it is open to the applicant herein to raise objections, including on grounds canvassed by learned counsel today. Such objections may be raised before the roster Bench.

4. It also appears that the second line of paragraph 4 contains typographical errors. The reference to 'Chennai' in two places in the said line should be replaced by 'Salem'. The Registry is directed to re-issue the order after carrying out the said correction.
5. The Registry is directed to place the matter for further hearing before the roster Bench.
