This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.22974 of 2023 order dated 06.10.2023 for surrender and execution of surety bonds before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani in Crime No.649 of 2023 on the file of respondent Police.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 28.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
