ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government

Pleader (HR & CE) for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 5 and 6.

2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the order of this Court is not complied with.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that survey was conducted on 28.02.2024 and encroachments were found. Proceedings under Section 78 of the Act has been initiated and the next date for hearing is fixed on 16.04.2024. Within three months, the proceedings would be completed.

4. In the light of the above statement, the contempt petition is closed.
