Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a patta pertaining to the vacant land bearing plot No. 57, Easwar Nagar, within survey No.23/1, 2 bearing patta No.1031, and Patta S.No.23/8, Thiruverkadu Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk now within Poonamallee Taluk, then Kancheepuram District now within Thiruvallur District in all measuring 1800 Sq.ft within the Sub- Registration District of Kundrathur and within the registration district of South Chennai by incorporating the survey number 23/8 instead of S.No. 23/6 as it had been given to the others.
