The case has been registered against this petitioner and another in Crime No.461 of 2023. The grievance of the petitioner is that her complaint 1/4

to the police dated 19.09.2023 not been acted upon. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that she has sent representation only on 10.10.2023 and on 19.09.2023 there is also another complaint given by the husband of the petitioner, which was registered as C.S.R.No.1104 of 2023 dated 20.09.2023. When summon was issued to the husband of the petitioner, he did not participating in the enquiry, hence closed. 3.

This Court on considering the rival submissions directed the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner as well as the complaint of her husband and conduct the enquiry in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
