This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8123 of in Crl.O.P.No.11686 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
