ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for disobeying the order passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court granted an interim order of status quo by an order dated 15.10.2024. However, it was communicated to the third respondent and the same was received on 28.10.2024 by the third respondent. Immediately from 29.10.2024, the construction was stopped.
