O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to order for speedy disposal of I.A.321 of 2019 in O.S.No.21 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Ulundurpet.

2. Heard, Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that some of the petitioners are aged about more than 60 years. He further submitted that, I.A.321 of 2019 in O.S.No.21 of 2017, which was filed by them to restore the suit, but there was a delay of 89 days and the same is pending from the year 2019. Hence, he prays for speedy disposal.

4. As per the E-Court status, the case is pending from the year 2019. The learned trial Judge mechanically adjourned the matter. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
