ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 29.11.2024 in W.P.No.35405 of 2024 by the respondent.

2. Mr.C.Gauthamaraj, learned Government Advocate informs the Court that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.35405 of 2024, has been complied with vide proceedings of the Tahsildar, Mayiladuthurai dated 19.02.2026, however, the request of the petitioner has been turned down. A copy of the said proceedings is furnished to the petitioner counsel.

3. Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 19.02.2026, if he is so aggrieved.
