O R D E R
The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of the Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, in Crime No.367 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that according to the de facto complainant, the school office doors was broken open and cash of Rs.7,50,000/- robbed from the premises.
3. In this case, based on the confession statement of the arrested accused, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposed the grant of anticipatory bail stating that the stolen money has not been recovered and this petitioner is absconding with the stolen money. The accused persons have already been arrested and implicated this petitioner for being in possession of the stolen money.
4. In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that grant of anticipatory bail does not arise in this case since custodial interrogation of 2/4
the petitioner is required for recovery of the stolen money.
