O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 354-C, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.36 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on merits on 23.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22823 of 2024 and now, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that, in this case, investigation completed and final report also filed and the same has been taken cognizance and the summons have been issued.

3. In view of the fact that the summons were issued by the learned Magistrate and since, there is no apprehension of arrest, there is no need for granting anticipatory bail.
