Learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) represented that the sole appellant viz.Prathish, had died on 08.06.2024 and they have also produced the death certificate of the appellant bearing No.KM/K/2024/00618 dated 09.06.2025. As such the appeal stands abated. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.18324 of 2023 stands closed.
