The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was tried and acquitted in C.C. No. 543 of 2019 by the Judgment dated 17.08.2021 which has been challenged in this quash petition. 2.In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
