Petitioner herein alleging that, 2nd respondent is harassing him under the garb of enquiring the dispute which is purely civil in nature.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petitioner was called for enquiry but he refused to receive summons and filed this petition as if police is harassing.

3. The petitioner herein however claims that, police took him to station on 24.10.2023 and was detained in Station from 11.00.a.m to 07.30.p.m., and forced him to withdraw the civil suit.

4. This Court on perusing the document find that, there is no material to show that, petitioner was taken to Police Station on 24.10.2023 , since the summons issued to him was returned as refused. Since the petitioner has not co-operated with the summons and has come with the false story before this Court as if Police is harassing him, this Court finds no merits in the petition.
