The petitioner seeks bail in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2019 now pending before the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode.

2.Originally, Crime No.15 of 2019 had been registered for the offences under Sections 5(1), 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. 3.The petitioner had avoided appearing before the Court and Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 27.07.2022. The petitioner was secured only on 01.08.2023.

4.It is stated that in the interregnum period, the petitioner had agreed to marry the victim girl, but it all depends on the trial process which is under way before the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode. 5.It is seen that further a FIR in Crime No.235 of 2022 had also been registered against the petitioner herein. 6.It would only be to the advantage of the petitioner if he concentrate on the trial in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2019 and conducts cross examination of all prosecution witnesses on the very same day and ensures that the trial is completed as quickly as possible. 7.A direction is given to the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode, to bestow special attention to disposal of the Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2019, in view of the change in circumstances between the accused and the victim child. vkr Sessions Judge may endeavour to complete the trial by controlling the adjournment dates and examining the witnesses on the days the matter is listed and list the matter atleast for three hearing dates every week. By this manner, the flow of trial can easily control by the learned Sessions Judge.

8.At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
