This Court by its order dated 09.11.2023 directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's document dated 18.10.2023 and register the same if it is otherwise in order or pass suitable orders with regard to the same on or before 26.11.2023, failing which, the second respondent is directed to appear before this Court on 27.11.2023. Today, this matter is listed before this Court under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the second respondent returned the sale certificate dated 18.10.2023 stating that on payment of 11% of the registration fee as per G.O.Ms.No.28 Commercial Tazes and Registration (J2) Department dated 23.03.2023, the sale certificate will be considered.
