(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, viz., Mustafa S/o. Noor Ahamed, challenging the detention order passed by the Second Respondent in proceedings C.M.P. No. 44/Gooda/Salem City/2019 dated 06.11.2019.
