Heard Mr.Satish Parasaran, learned senior counsel, representing Mr.Raj Jhabhak, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Ramesh Venkatachalapathy, learned counsel for the sole respondent.

2. The application is for condonation of delay of 144 days in filing the Cross Objection. Naturally, the Cross Objection will have to be heard along with the appeal.

3. For the reasons recorded in the accompanying affidavit along with the application, the delay caused in filing the Cross Objection is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
