O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 10, 9(f) of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 @ Section 10, 11(1), 12, 9(f) of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.52 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the absconding accused is the headmaster of the driving school against whom specific allegation has been made by the minor girl that he had misbehaved with her and abused her sexually.

3. The statement of the victim girl also indicates that the petitioner has misbehaved with the victim girl inappropriately.

4. Considering the said fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 04.09.2025 cda 2/4
