When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion on 17.12.2021, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 22.12.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e. 22.12.2021), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
