This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to act in respect of the direction given by the first respondent in O.Mu.No.2427962/2024 dated 18.09.2024, to conduct 2/4

enquiry to protect their right of personal liberty and protection of life.

2. Without going into the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider on the representation submitted by the petitioners after giving opportunity of hearing to the respondents 5 to 10, pass orders on merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.02.2025 Vv To
