The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that both the petitioners and respondent have arrived at a settlement and filed joint memo of compromise dated 24.08.2021 signed by both the petitioners as well as respondent and by their respective counsels. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and respondent identified the signatures of the petitioners and respondent and the said memo of compromise is taken on file and the same is recorded. 2.Recording the above said submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of joint memo of compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
