The petitioner seeks a simple relief of direction to the 1st respondent in the form of a mandamus to consider his representation dated 20.05.2024, requesting to cancel the patta issued on the basis of fradulent entries and pass orders there upon. 2/5

2. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

3. Taking into consideration the claim, the Writ Petition is allowed. Directions are issued to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2024, cancelling the patta in respect of the subject property, which has been issued based on fradulent entries after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 8, receiving their objections and giving them a personal enquiry and thereafter pass orders, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
