The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 318(3), 316(2) of BNS in Crime No.Not Known of 2024 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent represents that already, the enquiry has been conducted and closed. He further submits that as on date, no case is pending against the petitioner .
