ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition had been filed questioning the order in I.A.No.187 of 2014 dated 16.07.2016 passed by the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Chennai.
2.The respondent in O.P.No.899 of 2011 is the revision petitioner herein. I.A.No.187 of 2014 had been filed by him under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 to condone the delay of 20 days in filing an application to set aside the order passed in O.P.No.899 of 2011 dated 16.06.2016. The learned III Additional Principal Family Court Judge, had examined the reasons stated and found that the reasons are do not bonafide and absence has not been explained and therefore, dismissed the said Interlocutory Application.
3.The matter is now posted in the cause list under the caption 'for dismissal'. There is no representation on either side. There was also no representation even on the previous hearing date. Notice had also not been issued or taken to the respondents who have not been served. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
