This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22600 of 2023, by an order dated 03.10.2023, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
