ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful and intentional disobedience to the order of this Court in WP.No.1697 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and to pass orders within a time frame.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 09.04.2025 of the respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.1697 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 09.04.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 09.04.2025, this contempt petition is closed. However, if any grievance for the petitioner over the aforesaid letter dated 09.04.2025, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
