The petitioner/A12 seeks bail in S.C.No.248 of 2022 now pending on the file of the learned XXI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai. 2.Originally, Crime No.615 of 2021 had been registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341 & 302 r/w 149 of IPC.
3.Since the petitioner had taken a decision not to appear before the Court, Non Bailable Warrant had been issued against him on 03.08.2023 and it was executed only on 21.08.2023.
4.Non Bailable Warrant is still pending against A8, A11 and A14. 5.It is stated that A11 had been taken into custody in yet another case and on PT warrant, he was produced before the Court. 6.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that inrespect to yet another offence, there was a condition that the petitioner should appear before the Somangalam Police Station, Tambaram and he had appeared before the said Police Staion on 03.08.2023 and also produced records relating to the same.
7.But, however, it is seen that A14 and A8 are still absconding. A strong objection raised on behalf of the respondent that there are previous cases against the petitioner including one under Section 302 of IPC. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vkr 8.Let all the accused be secured. The case of the petitioner can then be considered.
