Crl.M.P.No.19238 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.19238 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28065 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J., This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.7 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the above condition. Hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28065 of 2022 vide order dated 16.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute sureties and to execute the bond, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
