This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to recognise the 4th petitioner as power agent of the petitioners 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 in pursuant to the registered Power of Attorney dated 19.11.2020 executed by them in the above C.R.P.

2. Mr.C.Jagadish, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioners 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 have given power to the 4th petitioner by a registered deed dated 19.11.2020 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Krishnagiri and the power is still in force. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and 4th petitioner is permitted to represent on behalf of petitioners 1 to 3 and 5 to 8. 16.11.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
