This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioner in the above C.R.P.

2. Mr.C.Jagadish, learned counsel for Revision Petitioners submitted that during the pendency of E.P.No.19 of 2013, the 1st petitioner died on 06.02.2020 leaving behind his legal heirs. So, they have filed an application in R.E.A.No.1 of 2022 before the trial court to carry out amendment and the same is still pending and so far, it was not ordered. Hence, they are not able to carry out the amendment in the main E.P. Now, his legal heirs are impleaded as petitioners 6 to 8 in the above C.R.P. Therefore, it is just and necessary to file the present petition praying to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the above Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise found to be in order.
