ORDER

The order passed by the Writ Court on 20.04.2023 was to dispose of the Appeal within a period of three months. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the Appeal has been disposed of on 14.12.2023.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
