ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Respondents for noncompliance of the orders issued by this Court on 15.11.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.5796 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5796 of 2021 dated 15.11.2022 has been complied with by way of filing the charge sheet. They have also produced the e-court filing report to that effect.
