The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.720 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 302, 307 and 309 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that the Petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the Respondent. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that the Petitioner had married her own uncle. There were matrimonial disputes between the two of them. The defacto complainant is the grand mother/mother-in-law of the Petitioner. He stated that owing to a quarrel between the Petitioner and her husband, the Petitioner had jumped into a well along with the young boys and one of the boys died. The Petitioner was rescued along with other boy. As a mother the petitioner must realize her responsibility with respect to her own sons and should not have taken up the 1/3

extreme step. Now, one of the sons of the petitioner has died. Let further investigation in the entire issue continue to find as to the reason for the matrimonial dispute.

4. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
