The above C.M.P. is filed to condone the delay of 33 days in preferring the Appeal Suit.

Respondents 1 to 5 are represented by a counsel. Paper publication effected in respect of respondents 6 & 8 and proof of publication has also been filed. The names of respondents 6 & 8 have also been printed in the cause list. To be noted, respondents 6 to 8 have already been set ex parte before the Trial Court.
Service is deemed to be complete.

Mr.A.V. Arun, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5 has no objection for condoning the delay.

expressed and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
