ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to produce the wife of the petitioner, Sneha, aged about 26 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2.On the earlier occasion, we have recorded the fact that the detenue is not willing to rejoin the petitioner. The petitioner, who is present today, has also stated that he may be permitted to see the minor child once in 15 days preferably on the second Sunday of every month. today has got no objection for the same. Recording the same, the detenue is set at liberty and the habeas corpus petition is closed.
