Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in Se.Mu.K.No.E3/7323/2002, dated 21.4.2003 and to quash the same and to forbear the Respondents from interfering with the Petitioner's ownership, possession and enjoyment of the house and premises bearing Flat No.73, Door No.200, Thillaiyadi Valliammai Nagar, Chennai-40.
