This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15146 of 2023 dated 17.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11654 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month for two times and thereafter as and when required.
