This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the orders passed in C.C.No.94 of 2019 dated 05.09.2022 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under NDPS Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
