C.M.P.No.24617 of 2019 in CMA.No.3397 of 2012 P.T. ASHA, J, When the matter was listed yesterday, both the counsel had represented that the only issue involved in the above case is omission to include a sum of Rs.83,148/- in the award amount.

However, when dictating the order, it is noticed that the petition filed by the appellant is totally different from the representation made.

Therefore, the order is recalled.

2. The Registry is directed to call for records pertaining to MCOP No.3213 of 2009, and post the matter along with C.M.P.No.25059 of 2019 on 01.11.2022.
