The petitioner is an accused in S.C.No.93 of 2022, now pending before the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Allikulam, Chennai. The charges, which had been framed are under Sections 302 & 509 of IPC.

2.The petitioner herein is the son of the deceased. The trial is in progress. The petitioner had taken a decision to abscond judicial process, necessitating Non-bailable Warrant to be issued on 22.11.2022. He was secured only on 19.06.2023.

3.It is stated that the matter is now listed before the Sessions Court on 17.11.2023 for cross-examination of further witnesses. Let the trial be completed.
