O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disconnect the service connections given to respondents 5,6 and 7 and restraining them from pumping ground water and selling it for commercial purpose.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that already the District Collector has passed an order dated 11.11.2019 directing the Electricity Board to disconnect the electricity service connections, pursuance to that, the Electricity Board has also disconnected the electricity service connections. 2/4

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also, on instructions, admitted the same.

4.In the above circumstances, since the electricity service connections have been disconnected, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. The writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
