This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 7 and 8 herein as legal representatives of deceased 4th respondent.

2. Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the 4th respondent died on 26.09.2014. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring her legal heirs on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 4th respondent are impleaded as respondents 7 and 8 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 27.09.2022 rpp Note. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 17.10.2022.
