ORDER
The relief sought in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to complete the proceedings of inquiry pending with the respondents regarding the due wages of the petitioner initiated by the 4th respondent in vide letter SEO/ RPSL/ 235/ 2010/ 22/ 2016, dated 21.04.2016 and to conclude the same within a time frame limit. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the inquiry proceedings initiated was already completed and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
