This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.5 lakhs (stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives and friends) along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned to the credit of Crime No.168 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.17060 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24617 of 2022 by order dated 15.11.2022 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner, who is a student aged about 19 years, along with his parents living in a slum clearance housing board which is provided by the Tamil Nadu Government for the petitioner who has no home or shelter in Chemmenchery housing board. However, he seeks for modification of the condition.

In view of the above submission made, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17060 of 2022 by order dated 15.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Crime No.168 of 2022 and comply with the other conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
