This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23311 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter monthly once i.e., on the 1st Monday of every month for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
