This application has been filed by the applicant/4th defendant to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the A.D No.128227 of 2022 in A.No.2714 in C.S No.185 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection made by the 1st respondent/plaintiff and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
