This application is filed to bring on record the petitioners 8 and 9 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th appellant and rank them as appellants 10 and 11 and record the appellants R3 Chinnasamy and R4 Thalamayammal as legal representatives of the deceased 5th appellant ii) to bring the petitioners 10 to 12 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 7th appellant and rank them as appellants 12 to 14 and record the appellants R6 Muthusamy as legal representative of the deceased 7th appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of no objection given by the other side, and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
