The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 14th Wage Revision Talks are going on and therefore, the prayer to permit the petitioner Union to participate in the 13th Wage Revision Talks has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
